Counting Fish

Materials:
1- fish template, printed and cut out
20 ish- Pepperidge Farm Goldfish
1- sheet of plain paper
markers
glue

We have been working on counting so when I found this cute fish template from  First School I knew we needed to do it in school. As a review we also worked on F is for fish.

Today we also used goldfish to work on counting. I made a worksheet by writing 1 fish, 2 fish, etc. then an area for total of goldfish. For each number Colton counted corresponding number of fish. When all the numbers were filled up we added then all together and wrote the total number on the bottom.
